ArxOS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This policy is operated by the ArxOS project, published under the Stingray Labs brand ("we", "us"). ArxOS is free, open-source software; we run no company store and assert no place of business. The ".uk" is only the domain name and does not mean we operate from the United Kingdom. For any privacy question, contact contact@oxborn3.com.
We do not, in any shape or form, collect any user data. The ArxOS website and the ArxOS operating system run no analytics, set no cookies of our own, keep no accounts, and profile no one. There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing being gathered. We also do no age verification and no identity checks. We ask for no age, no ID, and no personal details to download or use ArxOS. ArxOS ships no AI of any kind: no assistants, no models, and no data sent anywhere for "AI" processing.

1. The short version

The ArxOS website at arxos.uk is a plain informational and documentation site. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies of its own, has no user accounts, no shopping cart, and no advertising or tracking pixels. We collect no personal data from you at all unless you personally choose to email us.

2. What we collect: nothing

We do no age verification and no identity checks: we never ask for your age, an ID, or personal details to download or use ArxOS. We collect no sensitive-category data and no payment data (we sell nothing; see the Refund Policy). We run no AI features and send no data to any AI service.

3. Third-party services the site relies on

Loading a page contacts a small number of third parties, each of which may see your IP address to deliver its resource. None of them are used by us for tracking. They are:

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the request.

4. Your rights

Data-protection laws such as the EU / UK GDPR apply based on where you are, wherever we operate from. If such a law covers you, then even though we hold essentially no personal data about you, you still have the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Because we run no analytics and set no cookies, in practice there is nothing to export or delete. To make any request, email contact@oxborn3.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

5. Data retention and security

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your query and any follow-up. Hosting logs are retained by Cloudflare per their standard periods. The site is served over HTTPS.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
